Priest End Land Transfer Proposal

Notice is given that Thame Town Council proposes, in accordance with Section 127 of the Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land known as Priest End Allotments (Former Private Allotments), Priest End, Thame, OX9 3AJ and having an area of 1,210m² or thereabouts. A location plan of the land is available for inspection at the Town Hall, Thame and on our website here. The proposed disposal is the transfer of the land to The Diocese of Oxford. The reason for the transfer of land is for the provision of additional burial space for the community of Thame.

Any objection with respect to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and sent to Janine Howells, Thame Town Council, Town Hall, High Street, Thame, OX9 3DP by Friday 7 October 2016 and must give full reasons for the objection.
