Lots to look forward to in 2022!
The Town Council staff and councillors would like to wish everyone a healthy and happy new year, and let’s all hope that 2022 will be so much better than the last couple of years.
Hopefully we won’t be subject to some of restrictions that we have had to live with recently as there are lots of events planned for you to enjoy in 2022, some of which are listed below:
May – Thame’s first ever ‘Taste of Thame’ street food market, Music in the Park and RAF Halton’s Freedom Parade
June – The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, Thame Carnival, Duck Race, Thame 10K and Thame’s first History Fair
July – Thame Town Music Festival
August – Towersey Fringe Festival and Market Fun Day
September – Street Fair and Thame Food Festival
October – Thame Arts and Literature Festival, Thame Art Crawl and Charter Fair
November – Fireworks Display and Remembrance Service
December – Christmas Lights Switch-on and Tractor Run
Also booked are plenty of craft fairs and street markets plus there’s a huge variety of entertainment on offer at the Players Theatre for you to enjoy throughout the year.
