Local organisations receive Town Council grant funding

The Town Council recently reviewed the 2023-24 grant applications and agreed to award over £10,000.00 in grant funding to community groups and not-for-profit organisations in Thame. This grant funding will support projects which will benefit the community of Thame.

The following organisations received a grant as part of this year’s Grant Awards:

• Thomley Hall Centre
• Girlguiding Thame District
• Lord Williams’ Festival Chorus
• Thame Musuem
• Thame Players’ Theatre Company
• Thame Concert Band
• St Mary’s Thame Bellringers
• Thame Youth Memorial Trust
• Red Kite Family Centre
• Thame Hockey Club

The Town Council’s annual Grant Award scheme is for local organisations in the Thame area. The scheme aims to fund projects that address the needs, aspirations and issues of the people in our community. Applications for next year’s Grant Awards will open in Spring 2024.
