What to do if weather affects your bin collection

As winter begins to set in, we have to be ready for all sorts of weather! If we are affected by bad snow or ice, it may not be safe for  Biffa trucks to make their usual rounds. If Biffa  don’t manage to empty your bins on your scheduled day, please leave them out for two more days and they will do their best to come back. If after three days your bins still haven’t been emptied, please take them back in. You’ll be able to leave extra waste out beside your bin.
