Become a FixMyStreet Super User
Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is recruiting FixMyStreet super users to help identify and resolve minor road issues promptly.
What is a FixMyStreet Super User?
All residents are encouraged to report road or street problems on Fix My Street, which can be found on Oxfordshire County Council’s website. But super users can sometimes fast-track the process by ordering the defect repairs directly with contractors, specifically Category 2 Pothole defects on unclassified roads with a maximum speed of 30mph. In some cases, there may also be opportunities to cover ‘B’ roads with a 30mph limit.
Any residents or organisations wanting to become Fix My Street super users should email volunteercoordinationteam@Oxfordshire.gov.uk for more information.
