The Lost Lionesses: England Football Players Coming to Town

On Saturday 2 November, COPA 71, the extraordinary story of the 1971 Women’s Soccer World Cup, will screen for one night only at the Players Theatre.

Thame theatre-goers are in for a treat because after Saturday night’s screening at 7pm, there will be a Q&A session with four England players who took part: Leah Caleb, Gill Sayell, Chris Lockward, and Janice Emms (nee Barton).

Tickets are strictly limited. Available now at thamecinema.org.uk – only £10. All proceeds from the screening will be donated to charities supporting football for girls.
