Annual Town Meeting 2019

After some welcoming tea and biscuits, the attendees and the assembled panel heard some words of praise from the Mayor. The 8 strong panel then dealt with a series of questions  from members of the electorate present. The hot topics were the future of the Cattle Market site, climate change, supermarkets, parking enforcement, pavement repairs needed, the lake at Lord Williams’s school drop off point, highway safety at Wenman Road / Thame Park Road and the additional burial space at the church yard. As always, the Town Council is working on these and many other topics of great relevance to the community. Next year’s Annual Town Meeting is at 7:30pm on 24 March 2020 – put it in your diary now!
