Minutes of a Meeting of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee of Thame Town Council held on 14 May 2019 at 7.32pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1. Apologies

Apologies received from Cllr Gregory (Personal).

2. Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Champken-Woods be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Champken-Woods be appointed Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

3. Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr C Jones be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr C Jones be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7.33pm
