a) To note South Oxfordshire District Council’s amended constitution, in particular the changes to the call-in procedure for planning applications. A call-in within 28 days of the registration date will be required for all applications where the Town Council’s view is in conflict with the case officer’s recommendation, except for Major Applications (defined as ten or more dwellings, commercial space of over 1,000 square metres, or any sites over a hectare in size) or where another condition applies as set out in 1.1(c) of the Head of Planning functions within the constitution.

To note on 20 July 2020 the Planning Inspectorate has dismissed the appeal made by Mr & Mrs Brown against the decision by SODC to refuse to grant planning permission.

To note the District Planning Authority has granted planning permission. The Town Council Objected to the planning application on 15 October 2019 on the grounds of poor access, poor design, poor amenity space and loss of a community facility.
