12 Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee

16 Controlled Parking Enforcement Scheme
To note a meeting will take place with Oxfordshire County Council to investigate how Thame’s parking arrangements will fit into the controlled parking enforcement scheme following the 13 October 2020 Cabinet Meeting (Agenda item 13 explanatory cabinet report [PDF] and accompany annexes [PDF]). Officers will report back.
17 Consultation – Planning for the Future, White Paper
To note that the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer has formulated and submitted the Town Council response to the White Paper ‘Planning for the Future’ Consultation.
18 Exclusion of the Press and Public
To move: That under Section 1, Paragraph 2 of The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business because publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
19 Appeal Challenge
To note that the Town Council’s legal team is currently preparing for the Trial. By mid-November the skeleton argument presenting our case will be submitted. It is still expected that the challenge will be heard in early December.
