To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.

7 Thame Neighbourhood Plan Revision (TNP2)

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest progress towards the adoption of TNP2.

8 Oxfordshire Growth Board / Oxfordshire Plan 2050

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the Oxfordshire Plan 2050 and related initiatives.

9 Affordable Housing / Community Land Trust (CLT)

To receive an update on progress of the Thame Community Land Trust.

10 Technical Consultation on Consequential Changes to Permitted Development Rights

To agree the NPCO and Market Town Coordinator evaluate the changes proposed within the Government’s technical consultation on the consequential changes to permitted development rights that follow the creation of the new use classes that came into existence on 1 September 2020.  A response will be sent if either benefit or harm is identified for Thame or businesses operating within it.  The consultation started on 13 May and ends 3 June 2021.
