Minutes of a Meeting of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee held on 18 May 2021 at 7:12pm in The Fothergill Hall, Spread Eagle Hotel, Thame

1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received from Cllr Deacock (personal).

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2021-2022 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dite be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED:

  1. That Cllr Dite be appointed Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2021-2022 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2021-2022 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Midwinter be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED:

  1. That Cllr Midwinter be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2021-2022 municipal year.

 

The meeting concluded at 7:15pm.
