a) Contrary Decision – P21/S1722/HH – 96 Cotmore Close – New dropped kerb and permeable paved parking space.

To note that the District Planning Authority granted planning permission on 11 June 2021. The Town Council objected on 25 May 2021 on the grounds of: Impact on local car parking; unsafe access; and unneighbourly.

b) Update to Oxfordshire County Council Local List of Information Requirements for Validation of Planning and Related Applications.

It is a statutory requirement that the Local List of Information Requirements for the Validation of Planning and Related Applications is updated at least every two years. No major changes are proposed to the items which feature on the list. The changes and updates relate to the supporting text. Annex 1 to the Covering Letter sets out what the proposed changes are. The draft updated Local List can be viewed on the County Council’s website (http://myeplanning.oxfordshire.gov.uk) using reference LL.0073/21. The formal consultation on the updated Local list will run until 8 July 2021.
