New Town Clerk for Thame

The Town Council would like to welcome Amanda Sturdy to the team. She will be starting on Monday 15 November 2021.

Amanda joins us from Lord Williams’s School, where she has held the post of Head of Facilities for the last 13 years. She has a great background in leadership and building successful teams, whilst working within and across complex organisations. At Lord Williams’s School Amanda has developed a clear vision and strategy for the Estates Team and has been part of the team that has delivered a number of large capital projects to enhance the school. Amanda is a keen runner and a member of Thame Runners, so some of you may also have met her through the ‘Couch to 5K’ programme.
