3 Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 22 December 2015.

5 Budget and Precept for 2016-2017

i) To agree the budget for 2016-2017.
ii) To agree the precept for 2016-2017.
iii) To agree the text of a public statement.

6 Oxfordshire County Council Grass Cutting Agreement

To receive an update on current and future arrangements.

7 Litter

Following a request from a resident, to consider additional ways of reducing and clearing litter.

8 Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations

To consider ways in which the Town Council can celebrate Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday.
