Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning Committee held on 14 May 2024 at 7:54pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

Present:

Cllrs M Baines (Deputy Chairman), D Dawson (Deputy Town Mayor), D Dodds, L Emery, H Fickling (Chairman), A Gilbert (Town Mayor), C Jones, S McGarry, H Richards and P Swan.

1) Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Dodds (personal).

2) Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Fickling be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Fickling be appointed Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

3) Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Planning Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Baines be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Baines be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:55pm.
