Minutes of a Meeting of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee of Thame Town Council held on 10 May 2016 at 8.23pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2016-2017 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr B Austin be appointed Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr B Austin be appointed Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2016-2017 municipal year.

2 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2016-2017 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr D Bretherton be appointed Deputy Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr D Bretherton be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2016-2017 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 8.25pm
