Elms Park Play Area Now Open

On Friday 24th May, Councillor and former Mayor, Adrian Dite, officially opened the newly refurbished Elms Park Play Area in front of a large crowd. Since opening, scores of children and their families have been putting the new facilities to the test.

The park features new equipment, including a rope pyramid, Titan carousel, and multi play unit, along with a smaller replica unit for younger children.

The play area has been designed with inclusivity and accessibility as one of its fundamental design principles with multiple items catering for those with additional needs.
