Correspondence has been received from the District Planning Officer requesting that the Town Council reconsider its recommendation on the above planning application in the light of a recent Appeal which has been allowed on planning application P15/S0459/FUL.
To formulate a response to the District Planning Officer.

To discuss the next steps following receipt of two sets of correspondence from Oxfordshire County Council.

a) P16/S1035/PDH – 71 Youens Drive – Removal of existing conservatory and replace with single storey pitched roof rear extension to extend living room and create a utility room. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P16/S0594/HH – 12 Fleetwood Way – Single storey rear extension and assorted internal and external works. A request to extend the consultation time to allow the Town Council to make a recommendation was not granted by the Local Planning Authority.
c) P16/S1235/PDH – 75 Corbetts Way – Single storey extension with pitched roof in brick and tiles to match existing house. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
d) Tythrop Way / Kingsey Road Roundabout – To note the following response received from the County Council:
Thank you for your letter dated 6 April regarding the above.
Oxfordshire County Council plan to carry out sign maintenance works in the vicinity of the site in question later this year. We will endeavour to install the requested verge marker posts as part of this scheme if funding permits.
