Town Hall Closes for Councillor Funeral

The Thame Town Hall will close on Monday (2 Dec) from 1pm to allow staff to attend the funeral of Councillor Helena Fickling.

On Monday, the hearse will pass by the Town Hall at 9.15am and slow for those wanting to pay their respects.

Councillor Fickling died suddenly on Sunday 10 November. A member of Thame Town Council since 2011, she was an experienced, retired architect, who served on a number of committees, including the Planning Committee, for which she was Chairperson; Corporate Governance, Environment & Assets, and Personnel.

The family have requested no flowers, but would like any donations to go to Thame Youth Projects.
