FREE Drama Workshops

Thame Players are holding three free Drama Workshops in March, hosted by experienced Thame Players’ actors.

Participants will learn some of the key elements of theatrical performance, character development and physical storytelling, and take part in drama games and improvisation, as well as voice work.

The workshops, which are now in their third year, not only provide insights into acting, they also help boost self-confidence, stage presence and creativity. They also provide a fun environment to meet new people.

The workshops will be held over three Mondays (10, 17 & 24 March) from 6.30pm–8.00pm. The first two workshops will be held at Thame Library, the third at the Players Theatre, which will include a tour of the theatre and the chance to see what happens behind the scenes and on stage.

If you’re keen to take your first steps on the stage or are looking to hone your craft, these workshops are a must. Perfect for all ages—15 to 75 years, and no experience is necessary.

Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to improvise, take part in drama games, and develop your acting skills. To reserve your free place, email Helen Johns: helen.johns@thameplayers.co.uk or call 07717 434 983.

But hurry, as spaces fill fast!
