b) Lawful Development Application – P25/S0640/LDP – 37 Henry Blyth Gardens – Formation of habitable room in roofspace with rear rooflights.
To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. c) Lawful Development Application – P25/S0559/LDP – 5 Hazel Avenue – Demolish rear garage, add a ground floor side extension and reconfigure the internal layout.

d) Contrary Decision – P25/S0176/HH – 18 Beech Road – Single storey front extension, extension to the front of the garage and and open porch. Small single storey rear extension and open veranda. Replacement of existing flat roof with pitched roof. Material and fenestration alterations to the existing house.
To note that planning permission was granted on 14 March 2025 contrary to the Town Council’s recommendation to object made on 11 February 2025.
e) Lawful Development Application – P25/S0774/LDP – 6 Bartone Place – Loft conversion including construction of a side dormer. The dormer will include three windows, with an additional rooflight. Additional fenestration.

h) Appeal – APP/Q3115/W/25/3360314 – 42 to 48 Queens Road – further representations.
To note that the NPCO was, as tasked at 11 March 2025 Planning Committee, unable to appraise newly submitted materials to judge if, in light of the newly adopted TNP2, further representations were required before the 24th March 2025 deadline. The ongoing issue at Cuttle Brook Local Nature Reserve has required the full attention of several officers in order to research and work towards an appropriate resolution.
i) Traffic Regulation Orders Made – To note that the proposed parking changes to various roads in Thame (approved at decisions meeting: 14/11/2024 item no.198/24) have now been ‘made’ as of 10 March 2025.
