Applications Closing Soon for Town Councillor Position

Applications for the position of Town Councillor, North Ward close on Monday (21 April).

The vacancy will be filled by co-option, following the resignation of Nigel Champken-Woods. This means anyone who meets the criteria can apply. The council will consider the applications and vote to co-opt the new Councillor at a Full Council meeting. The successful candidate will serve for the remaining term of office, until May 2027.

Please return your completed application form by 5pm on Monday 21 April 2025 via email (info@thametowncouncil.gov.uk) or to the Town Hall.

All applicants will be invited to attend the Full Council meeting on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 6.30pm in the Town Hall, Thame, at which applications will be considered and an applicant co-opted.
