7 Premises Licence Variance Application – Thame Barns Centre
To consider making a response to the consultation on the premises licence variance application at Thame Barns Centre requesting a 30 minute extension to existing hours on Friday / Saturday. And making alcohol available from 11am every day, to bring Monday-Thursday and Sunday in line with Friday / Saturday.
The deadline for responses is Thursday 17 November 2016.

9 Disabled Persons Parking Place (DPPPs)
To note that following discussion at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 18 October 2016, the County Traffic Regulation Officer has confirmed that the resident has specifically requested that the bay is located directly outside the property. He also confirmed that residents are requested to let the County Officer know when DPPPs are no longer required in order for them to be removed. The County Officer also writes to neighbouring properties to consult on DPPP proposals and invites the responders to let the County Officer know if the bay is no longer needed.

c) P16/S2998/HH – Amendment No. 1 – 1 35 Aylesbury Road – Side extension with conversion of garage roofspace and single storey rear extension. (As per approved plans and amended plans received 11.10.2016 showing; a revised ridge height to the forward extension / garage conversion; the removal of the flat roof dormer to the side (north) elevation replaced with roof lights and sun pipes; the addition of a second pitched roof dormer to the south elevation; the reduction of the first floor terrace at the rear and the addition of 2.1m obscure glazed panels to either side of the terrace / balcony). At the meeting on 27 September 2016 the Town Council Recommended Approval.
Since the recommendation an amendment to the planning application has been received showing the ridge height of the garage structure raised slightly and removal of the flat roof dormer. The balcony has been reduced in size and obscure glazed panels to either side of the terrace / balcony to prevent overlooking. The District has now granted approval.
