a) P17/S1275/LDP – 8 Edgehill – Proposed single storey rear extension to accommodate dining area. Internal alterations, to open-up existing ground floor to proposed extension. New kitchen. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P17/S1256/LDP – 45 Chinnor Road – Loft conversion and erection of a rear dormer and 1 velux window at the front. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P17/S0437/FUL – Land at 1 and 2 Moat’s Crescent – Erection of 2 three bed chalet bungalows and new boundary wall to front (revision of approval P16/S2242/FUL incorporating reduced footprint and additional parking). At their meeting on 14 March 2017 Thame Town Council recommended No Strong Views. The District Planning Officer, through delegated powers, recommended approval and planning permission was granted on 7 April 2017.
7c) P17S0437FUL – Land at 1 and 2 Moat’s Crescent
d) P17/S0080/O – 69 Park Street – Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 3 three bedroom two storey dwellings with parking and amenity space. At their meeting on 31 January 2017 Thame Town Council recommended refusal on the grounds of 1) Overdevelopment, 2) Dangerous access onto the highway and 3) Loss of retail units and employment. The District Planning Committee recommended approval and planning permission was granted on 7 April 2017 which is a contrary decision.
7d) P17S0080O – 69 Park Street – Contrary Decision
e) P17/S0129/FUL – 67 Park Street – Conversion from one residential property into two apartments. At their meeting on 21 February 2017 Thame Town Council recommended refusal on the grounds of 1) Loss of employment floor space and 2) Did not appear to have been advertised for commercial use. The District Planning Committee recommended approval and planning permission was granted on 7 April 2017 which is a contrary decision.
