5 Skipton Visit
Cllr Bretherton to present a report on the visit to Skipton to assess the use of an auction ring as a community space.

To agree the terms of reference for transfer of the management of the wood to the Town Council.

To receive a verbal report from Cllr M Stiles.

To discuss the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr A Gunn.

Application for reserved matters (following outline permission P13/S1481/O) for erection of 18 dwellings with parking, access and amenity space.
To receive a report from the Planning Consultant to the Council.
11 P14/S1347/FUL – Land at Cotmore Wells Farm
Amendment No. 2
The erection of two industrial units (Class B1/B2.B8) and formation of two new accesses, car parking, landscape planting, formation of a landscape bund and associated infrastructure including drainage features.
