To review the 2014 Awards and consider any changes to the categories for 2015.
11 Carnival
To receive a progress report on who will take on the responsibilities for organising future Carnivals and agree the transfer of any balances for the event to the Carnival Committee.

To receive an update on the arrangements for the Christmas Event.
13 Service of Remembrance
To note the date – Sunday 9 November 2014,10.30am assemble in car park at Town Hall.
