To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 15 August 2017.
To note that with regard to Minute 3, that the subsequent hirers of the Showground, in their set up for their event, stated that they found the site and its surroundings to be in an atrocious state, rather than the good state as stated in the Minute.
