Retrospective: Repaint store front and install new signs, frontage is currently black, all window frames, fascia, doors are to be repainted to match RAL 6005 Green, 5mm foamex letters are to be installed to the fascia area in white no reflective finish. A traditional style hanging sign to be installed above the fascia level, folded aluminium trays in RAL 6005 with white vinyl to each face mounted to a traditional style aluminium bracket (as amended by plans received 9.11.17 showing timber hanging sign).

7. SODC Planning Committee Notification – P17/S2210/FUL

We have been notified on the day of agenda publication that planning application P17/S2210/FUL, Land Adj. to Park Meadow Cottage, Thame Park Road, is due to be discussed at the Planning Committee meeting on 29 November 2017. There has been no time to fully digest the planning officer’s report. To note that a plan of action will be executed via e-mail outside of the meeting cycle.

a) P17/S3201/LB – 8A Upper High Street – Velux window in roof of Grade II listed building (As amplified by heritage statement received 18 October 2017). Notification has been received that this application has been withdrawn.

b) P17/S3200/FUL – 8A Upper High Street – Velux window in roof of Grade II listed building. Notification has been received that this application has been withdrawn.

c) P17/S1894/HH – The Old Plough House, 9 Priest End – Extend existing side extension by 2m to provide a utility room to kitchen / diner, breach current wall to the street in order to provide access to side / rear of property. Notification has been received that this application has been withdrawn.

d) P17/S4029/PDH – 1 Seven Acres – Replacement of flat roof construction of existing rear extension by pitched clerestory roof construction less than 4 metres in height. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

e) P17/S3097/FUL – Amendment No. 1 – Park Grange Farm, Thame Park Road – Alteration and conversion to form a four bedroom dwelling (as amended – marketing evidence received 24 October 2017). The Planning & Environment Committee recommended approval on 26 September 2017. The amendment provides evidence of the building being marketed for commercial use. It is considered this evidence reinforces the original recommendation of approval.
