Forget Me Knot Cafe

Description: Forget me Knot Cafe in Chinnor is a very friendly and welcoming group. We meet every other Monday morning at Chinnor village centre. Kick off 10.30 with a tea or coffee and biscuits and of course a good old chat and catch up, then we move on to seated exercises and our visiting expert usually a musician runs the session from 11 am to 12 noon. We finish the session with parachute games, juggling, ball games, flat football, balloon volley ball and lots of other fun activities, then we have a reading and we all say goodbye.
