We are a family run independent wholesale & retail craft bakers established in 1972 by my father, Derek Coleman.
As well as producing and delivering huge range of Artisan bread & cakes including our signature Cornfield Sourdough, bespoke Celebration cakes and of course, our famous Lardy cakes.
In 2005 our grade 2 listed building in Thame, with wonderful character was a great addition to our family business with cafe seating upstairs and down to enjoy our artisan coffee and freshly prepared snacks.
