Land north of Oxford Road

South Oxfordshire Council (SODC) is still waiting for advice from the Environment Agency about flood risk relating to the proposed 154 homes on land north of Oxford Road (planning application P23/S4262/FUL).  The District Council has told us the Environment Agency will not be able to provide this until June, at the earliest.
