Additional informationWe have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Engines Division as Digital Marketing Specialist, where you will be responsible for a range of both digital and communication marketing and strategic coordination functions, ensuring that the Engine Marketing operations are providing outstanding communications to the distributor network and wider customer base.
The hours are predominantly Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and we are operating a hybrid model of working.
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist include:
Administrative, creative and content responsibility of Dealer Portal Kubota Engine Park (KEP), ensuring content is up to date and information is well presented
Managing the campaigns in line with the overall business unit marketing strategies
Measuring and analysing both website and event generated data to generate leads.
Building and maintaining relationships with key industry publications including editorial and advertising.
Building and maintaining the delivery of local marketing campaigns particularly for the UK, French, Italian, Spanish, Benelux,and Scandinavia markets.
Agency coordination in creating assets for offline and online marketing including press release, campaign assets and social media content.
Writing engaging content for various areas of the website including internal pages, latest news and case studies.
Coordinating with technical members of staff and sales network to write posts for the website and KEP portal.
Coordinating digital video production with agencies including the content planning, editing and promoting.
Managing regional social media content and monitor their analytics.
Creating a content plan suitable for the target audiences.
Assisting in design workflows with the Marketing Manager through Adobe programmes such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Compiling reports on marketing and PR activities as requested by the Marketing Manager.
Assisting in the organisation of trade shows, stand build design and hotel/travel arrangements.
Complete basic marketing administrative duties.
Supporting and assisting the Marketing Manager and Senior Executive members arranging meetings and completing the minutes and presentations.
Skills and experience required include:
Degree (or equivalent) in a Marketing, Business or Communications discipline
Previous marketing experience of working within a similar B2B background
Knowledge of Marketing Principles
Previous experience with SEO desirable
Strong IT systems skills including the use of Adobe software desirable (Photoshop and InDesign).
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
All ‘core’ management skills i.e. communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, proactive, confidentiality, integrity, focused etc, including experience of working within a continuous improvement environment.
Ideally a second language would be desirable
Self-motivated and able to work to high standards and tight deadlines.
Proactive planning ability.
Creative and adaptive problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills
There will be both UK and European travel involved within the role which will require some overnight stops therefore a current clean driving licence and passport are required.
