10 Christmas in Thame

11 Street Food Markets
To consider a request from the organisers of the Christmas Street Food Market (Ay StreetMeat) to hold monthly street food markets in Thame.

12 Thame Carnival
To suggest ideas for the Town Council’s float as part of Thame Carnival on Saturday 4 June 2022. The theme is the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Councillors and Officers are invited to be part of the float.
13 Skate Park Event
To note that an external event organiser has approached the Town Council to hold an event at Thame Skate Park. This is subject to the organisers being able to identify suitable funding.
To authorise use of Thame Skate Park for the event, date to be confirmed.
14 Thame Fairs
To note that the Thame Fairs Working Group will be meeting with the Showmen’s Guild in March to commence negotiations on the Fair Agreement.
