1 Apologies for Absence
2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3 Public Participation
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Committee Administrator no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.
4 Minutes
To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the Committee meeting held on 14 April 2015 and 19 May 2015.
5 Budget Summary
a) To receive a summary up to 31 May 2015.
b) To note that under Financial Regulation 4.5, the Town Clerk has authorised emergency expenditure of £1,800 to rebuild a stone pier at Elms Park, which is a safety hazard. Existing budget available is £1,000.

7 Music in the Park
If defined as required, to appoint the Council external organisation representative for Music in the Park.
8 Thame Good Neighbour Scheme
To appoint a Council representative to sit on the Thame Good Neighbour Scheme Management Committee.
9 Town Fairs
a) To approve the Safety Management Plan.
b) To note that Officers have provisionally authorised a new ride (Sky Flyer) to replace the Waltzer on plot 46 in the Lower High Street car park.
10 Thame War Memorial
To approve the request for additional funds to replace the ground lights.
11 St Mary’s Church Yard
To note that a number of complaints have been received about the effectiveness of the new grass cutting contract at St Mary’s Churchyard. Improvements have since been observed. Further discussions are underway with the PCC to agree any additional works to be executed within current budgets.
12 Priest End Allotments to Burial Space
To note that following further discussions with the church, an action plan has been drawn up by officers to maximise the possibility of gaining the planning permission needed to extend the churchyard. Any costs will be covered by the Neighbourhood Plan Consultancy budget line. A separate action plan will be required to execute the extension, if planning permission is obtained using s106 monies.
13 Play Areas
To approve the request for additional funds to undertake play area repairs.
14 Town Awards
To review the 2015 Awards process and consider any changes to the process, terms of reference and the categories for 2016.
15 Elms Park Improvement Consultation
To agree how the consultation is progressed.
16 Skate Park
To receive a verbal progress report.
17 Town Crier
To consider options for the appointment of a Town Crier.
18 Maintenance Report
To note the report.
