Minutes of a Meeting of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee held on 16 May 2023 at 7:53pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

1 Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

Cllrs Champken-Woods and Cowell were both proposed and seconded. On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Cowell be appointed Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:55pm.
