Minutes of a Meeting of the Community Services Committee held on 14 May 2024 at 7:47pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

Present:

Cllrs D Bretherton, N Champken-Woods, P Cowell (Chairman), D Dawson (Deputy Town Mayor), A Dite, H Dollman, M Dyer, L Emery (Deputy Chairman), A Gilbert (Town Mayor), C Jones and S McGarry.

1             Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2             Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community Services Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Cowell be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Cowell be appointed Chairman of the Community Services Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

3             Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community Services Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Community Services Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community Services Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:48pm.
