2) Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest, and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3) Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To authorise repairs to the Museum roof following the roof survey, in line with earmarked reserves.

8) Delegated Authority to use Town Council’s Motor Vehicles
Relating to The Council’s Vehicle Insurance Policy and sections 1.1ix and 7.7 of the Town Council’s Scheme of Delegation; The Committee are asked to consider delegating day to day authority to the Clerk and/or Responsible Finance Officer for use of Town Council vehicles within agreed parameters.
To consider allowing special use of a Town Council vehicle to support a cycle event to France over 5 days in September to raise money for the Mayor’s Charity and linking Thame and our twinned town of Montesson.

9) Town Hall & Depot
- To receive the results of the Building Condition Survey at the Town Hall.
- To receive the results of the Building Condition Survey at the Depot.
- To receive the results of the Carbon and Energy Assessment Audit.
- To note, following improvements to the ventilation system, the latest levels of Radon taken from the basement in the Town Hall have recorded a level below which the Ionising Radiations Regulation 2017 (IRR17) would apply. Annual testing to monitor this will continue at a cost of approximately £50 per annum.

10) Elms Park Play Area
To receive an update on any outstanding issues on the new play park.
To note the refurbished play area was opened on Friday 24 May 2024 by Cllr Dite and members of John Hampden School Pupil Council.
To note that the Town Council has applied for grant funding from Smoke Free Oxfordshire Community Fund to install ‘Smoke Free’ signage designed by John Hampden School students within the park.
11) Allotments
To receive an update on the practical completion, sign off and subsequent legal transfer of Sycamore Rise Allotments (Persimmon Site) to Thame Town Council.

13) War Memorial & Memorial Gardens
To note that a pollinator flower bed will be planted at the Thame War Memorial gardens.
To note the plaques containing the additional names were added to the Thame War Memorial, together with the installation of a new information display cabinet ahead of a successful unveiling event held on 11 June 2024. A report on the event will be presented to the Community Services Committee on 16 July 2024.
