Minutes of a Meeting of the Environment & Assets Committee held on 14 May 2024 at 7:50pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

Present:

Cllrs M Baines, D Bretherton, N Champken-Woods, P Cowell, D Dawson (Deputy Town Mayor), A Dite, H Dollman, L Emery, H Fickling, A Gilbert (Town Mayor), C Jones and H Richards.

1             Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2             Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

Cllrs Dite and Jones were both proposed and seconded. On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Dite be appointed Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

3             Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Jones be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Jones be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2024-2025 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:53pm.
