2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

3 Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

4 Thame Retail Impact Study

To discuss and receive the Retail Impact Study prepared by Carter Jonas and circulated to all Councillors on 20 October 2015.

Following the question raised by Mr Stephen Chainani at the Council meeting on 27 October 2015, and the details circulated to all Councillors that day, to consider the two planning applications for Certificates of Lawful Development in the land to the rear of 1 Moats Crescent (P15/S1361/LDP) and 2 Moats Crescent (P15/S3285/LDP).
