To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 22 June 2021.
5 Planning Application Updates to Note
a) P21/S0917/O – Reserve Site C, Thame
To note the amended plans and information received 13 May 2021 and 8 June 2021.
To further note that, the due to the consultation period ending on 30 June 2021, the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer has reviewed the amendment and submitted the Town Council’s response, recommending that the Town Council continues to support the application as agreed on 27 April 2021, noting the improvements to the central open space and pedestrian access routes. It was suggested that clear crossing points capable of taking appropriate loading and a swept path analysis of a tractor and trailer combination are provided, to ensure that the proposed footpaths and existing estate infrastructure are not damaged by agricultural vehicles and there is no harm to residents.

To note the amended plans received 21 June 2021.
To further note that, the due to the consultation period ending on 6 July 2021, the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer has reviewed the amendment and recommends that the Town Council continues to support the application.
6 Exclusion of the Press and Public
To move: That under Section 1, Paragraph 2 of The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business because publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To consider any possible actions relating to this planning application, in light of legal additional advice being received as agreed at the previous council meeting.
