To note that an application has been made to register the Mayor of Thame’s Charity Trust.

21 War Memorial Additional Names

To consider the proposal from Thame Remembers with regard to the criteria for adding names to the War Memorial.

22 Insurance Renewal

To consider extending the Council’s current 3 year insurance contract by a further 2 years.

23 Chinnor RFC Loan

To note that Chinnor RFC have given notice to draw down an initial £90,000 in line with the agreed loan agreement.

24 Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) Oxfordshire Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) refresh consultation

Further to the e-mail circulated to all Councillors on 21 April 2016 (and attached as item 24), to decide if / how a response is to be submitted to the consultation by the deadline of 20/5/16. If a response is desired, then the proposed method would be to adopt a similar approach to that used for the OCC bus and budget consultations, with responsibility to formulate a response delegated to the Town Clerk, and then for a separate informal meeting to be called to gather input to that response. A provisional date for that meeting has been set as 4pm on Monday 16 May 2016.
