To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest.

3 Public Participation

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Council (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Committee Administrator no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

4 Minutes

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 21 October 2014, 16 December 2014 and 8 January 2015.

5 Budget and Precept for 2015-2016

i) To agree the budget for 2015-2016.
ii) To agree the precept for 2015-2016.

6 Elections 2015

To consider where the count is to take place in regard to Town Council elections.

7 Transfer of Resources

a) To agree the transfer of funds to Music in the Park.
b) To agree the transfer of funds and equipment to the Thame Youth Project.

8 Oxfordshire County Council Grass Cutting Agreement

a) To note the variation to the Minor Highway Maintenance Agency Agreement.
b) To agree the signing of the new contract.
