To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To consider questions from members of the public (who live, work or run a business in the Parish). Written questions must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 4pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

GOODSONS INDUSTRIAL MEWS, WELLINGTON STREET
Amendment No. 1

Redevelopment of Goodsons Industrial Mews retaining existing commercial units 1A, 2, 3, 4 and 9 in employment use. Alteration of units 1-4 to provide 4 no. apartments at first floor. Demolition of units 5, 6, 7, 8 and erection of 8 no. houses, 2 maisonettes and 15 flats (29 residential units in total). (As amended by drawings accompanying Agents letters dated 8 February 2016 and 11 February 2016 reducing unit numbers and amending design).

To receive a report on the application and make a recommendation to South Oxfordshire District Council.

 

5 Branding and Website

To agree the logo, typeface and colour scheme to be adopted as the Town Council’s branding.
