To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.

To receive the report of the Mayor and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.
4. Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.
To consider questions from members of the public (who live, work or run a business in the Parish). Written questions must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 4pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 26 February 2019.
9. Policy & Resources Committee
To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meeting on 9 April 2019.
10. Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee
To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meeting on 2 April 2019.
11. Planning & Environment Committee
To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meetings held on 12 March 2019 and 2 April 2019.
12. Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee
To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meetings held on 12 March 2019.
13. Annual Town Meeting
To note the minutes of the Annual Town meeting held on 26 March 2019.
14. Bus Shelters
To consider the installation of new bus shelters and authorise the allocation of remaining monies for refurbishment / improvement of existing shelters.
15. The Elms, Upper High Street
To note that SODC has refused planning permission P18/S3596/FUL for the ‘Housing with Care’ development at The Elms.
16. Carnival
This year the Carnival theme is the Environment. Following on from the last three years’ successful entries by the Town Council, the Community Services Manager is encouraging Councillors and Staff to join in the fun and participate in the Town Council’s float on Saturday 15 June.
To create a list of Councillors available to support the float.
17. Grants
To note that the Grants Award Process for 2019 commenced on Monday 25 March 2019. The closing date to receive completed applications is 30 April 2019.
18. Summer Closure
To agree that the Town Hall will close for one afternoon during the summer, to enable a summer staff event to take place, at officers’ own expense.
