9. Community Led Housing
Further to the agreement at the Council meeting on 15 August 2017 and subsequent progress reports to the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee, to consider the immediate next steps in relation to Community Led Housing, as outlined in the attached report.
These proposals for immediate steps have resulted from positive discussions with SODC (minutes of meeting also attached).

Relocation of Thame Livestock Market with buildings to accommodate agricultural sales, lairage, administrative offices, welfare facilities, business units, and associated external works to include highway access, roadways, vehicle parking, vehicle washing and other ancillary works.
To consider a response to the planning application.
11. P17/S4441/O – Land North of Rycote Lane, nr Thame
The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works.

12. Annual Town Meeting Plan
Further to the e-mail as circulated to all Councillors on Wednesday 3 January 2018, to consider a theme and/or presentation topics for inclusion at the Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday 27 March 2018.
13. Thame Town Music Festival
To note the Thame Town Music Festival will take place on Saturday 14 July 2018 and to consider other requests for practical support beyond the £5,000 allocated in the budget.
