Please note that due to restrictions on capacity due to Covid-19, public attendance at this meeting will be restricted to 6 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to those who have registered to speak under Item 8.

Reserved matters following outline permission (P17/S4441/O) for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works.
To note that a request has been made to the Case Officer for the Town Council to respond to this application after its next Full Council meeting on 22 June 2021.
If an extension cannot be granted, and given the difficulties of holding Council meetings currently, to agree that the Town Council’s response to this application be delegated to the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer in consultation with Members via e-mail.
