To consider applications from members of the public to address the Council (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Committee Administrator no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

4 Site F – P14/S3841/FUL – Land North of Oxford Road
Erection of 203 dwellings, with new allotment plots, public open space, new pedestrian and cycle routes, construction of internal access roads, foul water pump station, surface water attenuation, ancillary enabling works, together with the formation of new vehicular and pedestrian access points.

To receive a report from the Planning Consultant to the Council.

5 Haddenham Neighbourhood Plan

To consider a response to the consultation.

6 Church Meadow (Cricket Ground) Boundary

To sign the agreement.

7 Budget and Precept for 2015-2016
