20. Shared Access Approach
Following the provisional approval at the Community, Leisure and Recreation Committee meeting on 4 April 2017 Shared Access has executed a public consultation with regard to siting a telecommunications mast on Southern Road Recreation Ground. To receive a report on the results of the consultation and agree next steps.

21. Disposal of Amenity Land at Pickenfield
To receive an update and approve the arrangements to proceed with the signing and sealing of the legal documents relating to the land sale.

22. Midsomer Plaques
To note that the planning application for the installation of the Midsomer Plaques has been submitted to the District Planning Authority. Officers continue to provide support and advice on the project as required.
23. Town Carnival
To note that the Town Council took part in the Carnival Parade on Saturday 10 June 2017; the Parade was spectacular and the Carnival was a great success. The Council would like to thank everyone who took part and the organisations and individuals who provided the costumes and props.
24. Red Kite Radio
To note that the official launch of Red Kite Radio took place on Sunday 18 June 2017. The Town Council has been invited to take part in live broadcasts, on alternate Friday mornings, commencing on 1 July 2017. Officers will maximise opportunities with the media outlet.
25. Town Centre Sports Event
To note that the Town Centre Sports Event will take place on the evening of Friday 23 June 2017. As agreed the Town Council will provide £1,500 of funding towards the overall estimated cost of £8,000 for the event. As before, the High Street Car Park will be closed from mid-afternoon on the day of the event.
26. Thame Town Music Festival
To note that arrangements for the Town Music Festival on Saturday 8 July 2017 are well advanced and a review of operational requirements has been undertaken.
