3 Public Participation

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Council (5 minutes maximum), applications having been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

4 Exclusion of the Public

Pursuant to Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 it is resolved that, because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, the public and the press leave the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item 5.
